A Church-Friendly Ministry

While RTFM does not seek to promote any particular church, it is a church-friendly ministry. RTFM seeks to encourage unity between the church and home by helping churches becoming family-friendly places of worship. History has borne out the fact that as the family goes so goes the church.
RTFM’s ministry is here to provide churches with the necessary understanding and tools to build families and not be part of a system that is breaking them (families) down. Help for Pastors Pastoring and church life can be very difficult for ministers.
David and his wife Jacquelyn know, from personal experience, the challenges of being a pastor and the effects the work can have on an individual and his/her family. Many pastors are on the brink of quitting their pastorate or being terminated by their congregation, denomination or group. In the end, as pastors “burn out,” they lose hope and a sense of their calling. Congregations can get stuck in a cycle of unproductive ministry without understanding why. If you or your congregation are in this state of affair there is always hope. Leading an individual and/or a congregation to see how they can use every opportunity to allow God to direct them through a process of renewal can lead to a wonderful transformation for all involved.
